Given the ongoing changes in the property sector, it appeared logical for two independently dynamic companies to pool their years of success and knowledge to form a joint venture under one roof. As a result, Alexander Philips and Welch was founded in September 2024.

In his 20s, Neil found his enthusiasm for Lettings after beginning his career in a large independent Letting Agent, learning his trade with one of ARLA founding council members Neville Lee. After working his way up through the ranks Neil then went on to set up run the Letting side of Park & Bailey in Surry, before setting up his own company in Worthing. Neil has a plethora of expertise in the Lettings industry. He’s a passionate Brighton & Hove Albion supporter sharing his passion with clients at the Amex Stadium. In his spare time plays golf with friends, and try out the plethora of restaurants in Brighton, East Sussex, which is his hometown.
Wesley Welch

In London, where he was born, Wesley began his career in Property sales, moving up from property auctions to Sales agencies. Over 20 years ago, Wesley saw a need in the market and opened a Search and Seek Selection Service within his own Worthing Estate Agency office. By providing something a little different from the norm, he was able to achieve success as an agent. Wesley likes to go to his local church, play golf, and spend time with his kids in his free time.
Peter Hayler

Since leaving school, Peter has only ever pursued his actual passion, Estate Agency. Pete hopes to retire in the sun someday and has made investments in houses overseas. With years of experience negotiating sales and valuing properties, Pete, who has always worked in the sales sector, will help you sell for the greatest price and move into your next ideal house. He also loves helping individuals locate their dream homes. Whether it’s remodelling his own house or taking their dog on a long walk, Pete is happy to be spending all his free time with his family.
